Jestine Clark Cochran is a seasoned food creator with over 30 years of experience in the food service industry. She enjoys providing attractive, delicious and nutritious southern delicacies. She caters favorite southern dishes for events across the Lowcountry. Jestine has plenty of experience and expertise in food service:
- BA Degree in Organizational Management, Voorhees College
- Certified in Acidification and Canning of Fruit and Vegetable Products
- ServSafe certified
- 30 years of experience as a Food Service Cafeteria Manager
- 7 years of experience as Culinary Arts Instructor
- Certified Cake Decorator
- SC Department of Education Certified Training Managers to be Training Coaches
- Preferred for Home of the Masters

Fruit Creations and Catering by Jestine provides delicious food within the tri-county and surrounding areas. We are a full-service catering company based out of Ladson, SC that specializes in fruit creations, canning and Gullah-inspired delicacies.
